ENVIROFEST
|
|
Also in keeping with our mission, and as a tribute to Pike County's heritage as a filmMAKING location and the birthplace of American Conservation, we present ENVIROFEST, this year co-sponsored by Grey Towers Heritage Association (www.greytowers.org) and located at Grey Towers National Historic Site, in Milford (www.fs.fed.us/gt).
On Sunday, October 19 of the Black Bear Film festival, ENVIROFEST, coordinated by Krista Gromalski and Sandy Long, will host a smorgasbord of environmentally conscious films, talks and informational booths to educate and enlighten on the current conditions of the natural world around us.
A free Low-Emissions Biodiesel Bus will be available all day to shuttle filmgoers between the Milford Theatre in downtown Milford and ENVIROFEST at Grey Towers.
No reservations or tickets are needed for this festival within a festival that will include three Grey Towers´ venues: The Pool, The Letter Box and The Bait Box.
