My name is Judy Peters, I’m half Native American Indian, and reside in Milford, PA. My Black Bear has a headdress of feathers, a necklace, moccasins, and a drum. On the drum I painted a fish that represents the Delaware River which in return represents the food for the Black Bear and the American Bald Eagle. A Bald Eagle is flying over the Black Bear's head. This represents the American Bald Eagles that live along the Delaware River.
