Susan Pisarri, a longtime resident, is one of the area’s local artists and is also the Director of Pike County Arts & Crafts, Inc., the only nonprofit artists’ organization in Pike County. Susan created the “Uncle Sam” Bear to reflect how very proud she is to be an American! With all that has happened in our nation in recent months she felt that this bear was an appropriate one to design to show her patriotism here in Milford, Pennsylvania. If we all join together there is nothing we cannot accomplish!
