Melissa Batalin is a 17 year old local artist whojust graduated from Delaware Valley High School this past June. In fall, she will be attending Hampshire College in Amherst, Massachusetts as a Media Design Major. “Fluorescent Bear” is a black bear with various fluorescent colored geometric shapes covering his body and a brightly colored mohawk to show off his individuality.
