Milford residents Dr. Ralph & Carol Bowman are also new artists this year, with a fittingly cinematic tongue-in-cheek theme of "Theda Beara As Cleopatra." Sponsor Mickey Black, owner of Pine Forest Camps in Greeley, loves the Festival and wanted to support it every way he could.
