BBFF Calling All Cooks

If you have a favorite recipe, the Black Bear Film Festival wants to hear from you. Become a part of Festival’s history by submitting your recipe for the Black Bear Film Festival Cook Book.

Volunteers Steve and Benee’ Schlangen along with Nancy and Geoff Pitcher and Carol Coscia are putting together the first ever Black Bear Cookbook to benefit the annual film Festival.

The book will contain recipes from area restaurants, celebrities and of course from volunteers and those interested. You can submit one or many recipes.

The entries will then be compiled into a book and be sold during the Festival weekend. Proceeds will benefit the Black Bear Film Festival.

If you have a recipe you’d like to submit, e-mail it to sschlangen@aol.com, fax it to 570-409-0609 or mail it to: Black Bear Film Festival, C/O Cookbook, 115 Seventh Street, Old Lumberyard Shop, Milford, PA 18337. Please remember : the deadline for submission is August 15th.

Recipes will not be returned. Please include your name and contact information with your recipes.

The 2002 Black Bear Film Festival will be held Columbus Day weekend, October 10 - 14 at the Milford Theater. Join us for a weekend of independent film and fun. For more information, to volunteer or to become a sponsor please contact the BBFF office at 570-409-0909.
